Just a moment ago I tried loading a Reloadit reload to my card online but it didn’t work. I waited the usual 30 minutes, and it would still not load. I called the 800# and was told by a CSR “It is a recent change that activation can take up to 59 minutes”
For the traders that accept Reloadit, you should be aware of this. Typically the reload companies watch each other and when one does something, the others follow. This happened when activation went from a 15 to 30 minute hold in early 2014.
