Has Bitwallet.cc been crashing or has it been hacked?
Two of our traders confirmed that all their ads had been deleted sometime between Sunday 12/28 and Monday 12/29 2014.
Checking this morning it seems all the ads for every trader on the site had been deleted and only a few had been replaced. We contacted support yesterday morning through email, Facebook and twitter but they have not replied. There has been no recent activity in any of their social media feeds in more than a week.
Bitwallet.cc had made a name for itself in extremely fast customer support and being very responsive. That they have ignored messages for 2 days now leads many we have spoken with to believe this may not be a normal website issue or bug.
